About Puppy School Lancaster & North West Coast
It goes without saying that to be a Puppy School Tutor you need to adore dogs, and for me dogs have been a part of many core memories and experiences.
Kelly Kane is a self-professed geek of all things canine behaviour and the neuroscience behind this fascinating species. As such, she knows the importance of giving them the best start in life and also providing the education and support to owners so that they can also help their dogs thrive at home. Outside of class, Kelly is a keen sportswoman that enjoys Rugby, football, hockey and most contact sports. When, on the odd occasion, she does get some time off, travel is her hobby of choice and this usually entails lots of crazy adventures to places such as India, Brazil, South East Asia or anywhere new.
Kelly loves building a community around Puppy School Lancaster and North West Coast and this has meant making lots of new friends, lots of coffee trips, walks and importantly cake. Kelly has two amazing associate tutors, Yvonne Plenderleith and Gemma March-Whalley who love dogs as much as Kelly! Both of these associate tutors are genuinely lovely human beings that are approachable, knowledgeable and great at putting you at ease.
Puppy School is a Practitioner Member of the Animal Behaviour Training Council.
Kelly Kane is working towards completing a series of assessments including a class visit assessment and an in-depth theory test relating to the science behind behaviour to become a registered Animal Training Instructor with the ABTC.
